NEWPORT or PROV., Rhode Island???

Jump to last reply

When I drive to Boston, I'd like to stay overnight somewhere in Rhode Island...what I'm looking for..more or less, aside from beaches is those quaint little towns with small shops, cobblestone streets...not too crowded??

What city better fits this description and how far are the two from one another please?
NEWPORT or PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island.
Thanks! Email if you like! :-)
