Newport -- Ailinas Inn on Mann Avenue

Hello! This is an urgent request!!
Could someone give me any usefull information about the Alinas Inn located at 27 Mann Avenue. Do anybody have been there anytime? Also, is it the September Boatshow (located in the harbour) walkable from there? Thank you!
