NEW YORK CITY - theatre tickets
OUCH!!! Tickets to Wicked are outrageously expensive. Can anyone help me score tickets at a good price to Wicked? We will be in NYC June 8 - 15. We can go any night except June 12 b/c we have tickets to see Mary Poppins then. Thanks lots.

What do you consider a good price?? The official ticket seller is Ticketmaster and after all this time, still the most popular show on Broadway. It's rarely if ever discounted. If you really want to see it, buy full price tickets (but not premium price). If you're prepared to take a chance, sometimes closer to the performance, if they haven't sold premium tix at that crazy price, they'll drop them to "regular" price. http://www.ticketmaster.com/artist/9...BUYAT_playbill

Wicked isn;t any more expensive - this just mean that only the best - or premium seats are left. You may have waited too late to buy them. If you really want to see it I think you'll have to suck it up - otherwise go to broadwaybox.com to see who is offering discounts for your dates.
