New Orleans Tour?

Looking for a tour company to do a hop on/ hop off tour of the major spots in New Orleans. We are kind of foodies, love history and unfortunatley (due to s recent foot surgery) not able to walk tons. I hear that I need to see the French Qtr, Cementaries and Garden District to feel as if I've been in town. I'm not opposed to maybe two or three separate tours....only thing I'm not interested in seeing is the Katrina Tour. Any suggestions?
