New Orleans - Swamp tour and walking tour recommendations

Hi all
Looking for recommendations for a swamp tour (non-party boat) and a good walking tour in the garden district. Private is fine too. Posts on this seem to be very old. Would like to do the swamp tour the same day as a trip to Laura and Oak Alley, so something in that general area would work better.
