I've been waiting to post hoping somebody would have good news for you, but I guess not so here goes.

No

Sorry, but I can't think of any place in the Quarter, large or small, that offers free parking.

Thanks ccolor, I have found a few that state they are on the entrance to the Quarter, ie: the Lamothe House state it's on the edge of FQ and margny on Esplanade Ave. Good price $59 plus free parking and breakfast but I am not sure of the neighborhood, usually if something sounds to good to be true.....

Le Richelieu used to offer free parking, but I think they started charging recently. You might want to check it out. It is in a good location.

Et, We have stayed there when they offered free parking but I too have heard they now charge, but it wouldn't hurt to check!
