New Orleans - Dining

Of the newer New Orleans restaurants which would you pick for Saturday night - SoBou or R'Evolution? We have reservations at R'Evolution but just saw SoBou on Esquire's top new restaurant list.

For those who might be tempted to suggest the NOLA classics, never fear we are trying to hit many of them too on our upcoming trip.

Excited for the upcoming trip and thanks again to everyone on Fodor's for your help on my longer planning trip thread.
