being victorian nuts, we've narrowed our choices to two new orleans lodgings in november -- mckendrick-breaux or park view guesthouse. they both look wonderful on their web pages and we're having trouble deciding. also my husband is 6' and we're a little concerned about fitting into the antique beds!
has anyone stayed at either place, would like to know both pros and cons.
thanks in advance for any advice...
new orleans - mckendrick-breaux or park view guesthouse?

1st time to Kauai! Will not be the last!

Have never stayed at Park View but McKendrick-Breaux is VERY nice. Charming with wonderful owners.
DEFINITELY the McKendrick-Breaux! I know they have a king bed in the downstairs room next door....12ft ceilings and a FABULOUS bath....McKendrick-Breaux has been written up in Travel & Leisure and Frommers and Fodors.
