New FlyAway bus services to/from LAX

In addition to existing FlyAway bus service between LAX and Union Station, Westwood and Nuys and the Santa Barbara Airbus service between LAX and Goleta (with stops in Carpinteria and Santa Barbara) .....

New FlyAway bus service between LAX and Santa Monica started this week. Departures from both ends are at :45 after the hour. Hours are between 5:45a and 9:45p for departures from 1875 Main Street (SM Civic Auditorium), Santa Monica, and between 6:45a and 11:45p for departures from LAX (starting at Terminal 1). One-way fare is $8.00.

New FlyAway service between LAX and Hollywood will start September 3, 2014. They haven't announced the precise location of the Hollywood stop, just "east side of Vine Street, one-half block south of Hollywood Boulevard." No hours yet. Fare will be $8.00 one way.

The LAX-Hollywood bus will make one stop in each direction at the La Brea Station on the Expo light rail line, and service between the La Brea Station and LAX is already in place. Departures from the La Brea Station are on the hour between 6:00a and 10:00p and from LAX (starting at Terminal 1) are on the hour between 7:00a and 11:00p. (The Expo Line runs adjacent next to the Shrine Auditorium, USC, the Coliseum, and Exposition Park museums.) Current fare is $7.00 one way.
