Arrived at the Best Western in Bloomington last Friday night with confirmation numbers for 2 rooms for $51. Gentleman working the front desk found the reservations on the computer at that rate, BUT it wasn't on his print-out and so no rooms.
But wait, we have confirmation numbers and they are right there on your computer exactly as we said.
He proceeded to call his manager who authorized him to give us 1 room at a $119/night. But wait, we have confirmation numbers for 2 at $51.
To solve problem, never use Best Western. It's not worth any savings.
