First, that is an awful lot to cover in 2 weeks.
Second, you need to have a look at the weather. Some of the parks will be fine in early spring - but depending on wher eyou go you can still run into winter weather and substantial snow through the mountains.
I'm not an expert on this area - but definitely check out what the weather will be and what passes/roads may be closed before making definite plans.
We here will be glad to help.
What EXACTLY do you need help with?
You've chosen two excellent cities in which to start and end a vacation, and you've also chosen a wonderful place to find natural beauty.
But what question do you need answered?
My suggestion: study the area, then make a FIRST-TRY itinerary, then post it here, and then ask for feedback. Be certain to give as many details as possible, such as your likes and dislikes on vacations, ages of travelers, travel style, lodging hopes, etc.
You need 2 weeks to do just California. You also need 2 weeks to do Utah Parks, the Grand Canyon, and Vegas. Pick just one. I would go with Utah as the weather would be better there. Yosemite would still have most areas closed from snow. Sequoia, Lassen would also have a lot of snow. Redwoods might be ok.
