Nashville - Is Opryland open?

We are coming to Nashville and are wondering if Opryland, Wildhorse Saloon and other places are open since the flooding.

I'm pretty sure the honkytonks on Broadway are all fine now.

The only place where most visitors would notice the flood now is Opryland. As starrs said, the hotel is opening November 15; the Grand Ole Opry is back in the Opry House as of September 28. No word on when the mall will be open.

All the other tourist attractions are fine, except for the symphony center. The Country Music Hall of Fame (which is great anyway) just opened an exhibit about Tammy Wynette, if that floats your boat, and there are Dale Chihuly glass exhibits at the Frist and Cheekwood through October.

There is also a terrific couture show at the Frist. Amazing fashions from Paris including all kinds of shoes, undergarments, hats etc. I was drooling.

But did they have any Parisian clips, Sharon? I haven't made it to the couture exhibit yet - gotta make it next week!

The Opryland Hotel is now fully opened and fully staffed.

BTW, Louise Mandrell's Christmas show is about to open. She has always gotten rave reviews for her shows.
