NANTUCKET IN ONE DAY !!!!!!!

Next Summer I will spend some days in Boston.
I would like to visit Nantucket but unfortunately I have only one day.
I will take the first air on the morning and the last of the evening to Boston.
What do you advice me to do and to see in this visit ?
Is there a bus that connect the dowtown with the beachs ?
Which are the best beach of the island where to do wonderful walking ?
Other suggestions ???
