Any feedback on their experience taking the new ferry from Muskegon to Milwaukee?
Thinking about going over to Milwaukee, but leaving the car behind. Is there any good hotels close to where the ferry docks in Milwaukee?

I don't think there are any hotels in that area cuz it's a couple miles south of downtown. However, if you go to the website and look under FAQ's it says cabs line up there when the ferry arrives or you can arrange a shuttle to downtown in advance for $12 round trip. Here's the website link.....

I heard someone yesterday say they'd gone on it last weekend, and that it was quite nice. They played cards and read books going over, as the scenery is not colorful. (other than blue).
She said there was a business class, with larger chairs, for those who want that.
