Mr. Bistro - Lauderhill

I'm planning a trip to South Florida in a couple weeks. My wife and I like to try restaurants that just opened. Btw, if you know of any others besides this one, please let me know! I don't know of a resource to find just-opened restaurants.

Mr. Bistro, a restaurant in Lauderhill (west of Fort Lauderdale), just opened a couple weeks ago on University Dr.. Has anyone been? Here's their Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/mr.bistro1.

It looks like the place is known for local craft beer -- their Facebook page shows the "Terrapin Hopsecutioner". However, I want to know if anyone has tried the food. That Facebook page mentions the 5-spice pork calzone, which it says has spinach, two cheeses, tomatoes, and a spicy cherry tomato sauce.

Have you tried the beer or the food? Do you know of any other newly opened restaurants in Broward / Palm Beach / Miami-Dade County? Thanks.
