The only trolley I can think of here (Mpls) is a little trolley you can ride for like 15 minutes near Lake Calhoun. It is not for transportation, just for fun. The only public transportation we have is the bus line.
Jan may have been referring to the "trolley" (actually a bus) that takes tours through downtown. I'm not sure if it runs during the "off-season".
