Moffat County Hot Air Balloon Festival in Craig, Colorado

Anyone been to the Moffat County Hot Air Balloon Festival? It takes place August 19-21 in Craig, Colorado and looks like fun. I've checked their website, but am curious as to many many balloons will participate in the event. I would be a 'on-looker' -- not planning to take flight. Thanks for any/all infromation!
