How about Ed Devebick's? or Frozen Custard at Kopp's?
Please tell me if Safe House or Devebick's are good lunch choices or if another place would be better.

The Safehouse is one of my favorite places to have a drink in Milwaukee. It's a lot of fun! Go to their website safe-house.com for more info. Don't want to tell you too much or it would ruin the many surprises in store. Make sure you get directions, because it's hard to find. I've had their hamburgers and they are very good, but can't comment on the rest of their menu. The History channel did a special on the Safehouse that aired on July 1st.
I have not been to SH for several years but probably would not go there to eat. Its an interesting place, all about ambiance and a great place to stop for a drink while cruising the river walk. Sorry to say, I've not eaten an Ed's but that, I hear, has pretty good food.
Now Kopps, or Giles is something I do know about. Best frozen custard anywhere and if you like your burgers fat and juicy, thats the place. Yum......, wonder what the flavor of the day is?
