The Hyatt downtown has an indoor water park.
Right you are, except it's the Hilton:

The old Gimbels/Marshall Field department store, which is downtown on the river, is now a Residence Inn. You're on the riverwalk and just 1/2 mile from the lake. Breakfast is included and there are many restaurants in the area. And you're only a few miles from the ball park. If you're in town near the end of the month Summerfest will be in full swing at the festival grounds on the lakefront. It's a huge music and food festival!
