I have a layover in Miami, landing at 10:35, departing for DFW at 3:40. I'll have my 9mo DD with me, and I know how lacking MIA is. I'm considering a taxi to Dolphin Mall, just for lunch, to stretch our legs and get out of the airport for awhile. Any thoughts? Different suggestions? Thanks!

Trip Ideas
I suspect a taxi to Miracle Mile might be more interesting and a lot closer to the airport.
Mapquest has Dolphin Mall as a shorter (timewise) drive than I think it is. Going east/west on that "expressway" is a nightmare.
I agree with Myer. Miracle Mile is a lot closer or you could go 1/2 mile further to Merrick Park.
