My wife and I (both 65) will be visiting the Miami area this Dec. I always heard a lot about Little Havana and South Beach but have never been to either. Can anyone recommend sites, hotels and cuban restaurnants. Our time is limited and will be spending 2-3 nights. We don't have to stay directly in these area and don't mind a drive to the hotel.

Trip Ideas
I would stay in the South Beach area for at least one night. If you plan to be in Miami before Dec. 15 hotels should not be difficult to come by. But, parking may be a slight problem. Not sure what type of food and accommodations you are looking for but rest assured, South Beach has plenty of excellent choices.
