Trip Report Memorial Day Weekend - Boston

My husband just sent be pics of the boston commons on his phone. hopefully this link will show other photos's that have been posted on the internet. 33, 000 flags. Powerful stuff. Our local non denominational cemetery that I drove by this morning has hundreds of full size flags on poles lining the paths as well as the traditional small flags. It is quite breathtaking.

Happy Memorial Day. It's not just about burgers and hot dogs!
