May 2 - NYers invited to join 23 Swiss for food, drinks & bra shedding

Jump to last reply

A NEW YORK GET TOGETHER!
When: Monday, May 2
Where: Jeremy's Ale House, Front Street
Time: 6 pm onwards.

http://www.jeremysalehouse.com/

I'm taking a group of 23 Swiss adults for a short trip to New York. We come from Central Switzerland, where Swiss-German is spoken. Most attend my evening English courses and would love to have a chance to use their new-found knowledge of English and have a cultural exchange. We go on trips every year but this is the first time we've gone beyond the European borders.

Ages of my adults: 25 - 58

If we have sparked your interest, please reply to this thread. And if you have any old bras, bring them along. They'll be a great conversation piece. I've heard New Yorkers have a brilliant way of recycling them. :-)
