Maui Helicoptor Tour- West or Hana Tour

I have decided to do the eco star helicopter with Blue Hawaiin I am having a hard time deciding which tour to do. I have done the Hana/Haleakala tour on my last trip and I am not sure if I should do it again. My sister will going with me and this is her first trip and I know she would love to see waterfalls and lush forest. Will we see that if we do the West Maui/Molokai tour? I dont mind doing the same tour over again if need be. :)
