Hello, We're thinking of going to Florida for an anniversary trip to see the new Marlins stadium. I would like to stay somewhere nice but can't swing FS or the Biltmore for around $500/nt. We aren't into South Beach, but would instead like a relaxing, nice hotel where we can enjoy the pool and other amenities. We don't have to be right on the beach but would probably venture out to the beach at least one day. We've stayed at the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne but would like to stay somewhere different this time. What are your suggestions? Thanks!

There are some gorgeous properties downtown or in the Brickell area.
The Epic, Viceroy, Four Seasons, the Conrad, and JW Marriott marquis (the one with db moderne Bistro)
Check those out.
