Marina or Seville or other?

I´m trying to decide where to stay in Miami/Miami Beach for 3 nites(Mar00)and my choises are:
1. Marina (in front of Bayside). Is it dangerous to walk at night by foot to bayside and how is hotel´s frequency?
2. Radisson Seville at Miami beach: once I stayed at DiLido, that was OK, which belongs to the same owner but is remodelling now.
3. Windham at Omni: I stayed there when it was called Omni. Also OK, but we have to take the car for everything.
I would be glad to have other suggestions.
