Lunch recommendations Grand Canyon?

Pack a lunch and have a picnic! That's what we recently did and it was fun.
The places to eat are at the beginning and end of most of the walks. So unless you want to start off at lunch time...I'd suggest bringing your own IMHO.

on the rim by the hotels are 2 restaurantsright Angel and the El Tovar(and the Arizona Steakhouse but it is only open for supper)and a cafeteria about a 10 minute walk back from the rim..also a grocery by it..
