Looking for the BEST Birthday Cake in San Francisco?!

I am looking for the BEST birthday cake in San Francisco! Or maybe even the best desserts at an area restaurant.

My BF is not into the "song and dance" birthday celebration where the wait staff "embarasses" you. This will be a surprise but I would still like for it to be tasteful {no pun intended!} and not cheesy! ;)

Would love just a CLASSIC, delicious birthday cake but am open to "fancier" options!
Any help would be much appreciated!
