I'm coming to see the Georgia O'Keeffe show at the Phillips Collection (21st NW) in April and would like to find a reasonable (under $150) place to stay for one person near there. Maybe a B&B? Thanks for any advice.

Some of the rooms are close to your budget, and you can't beat the location. It's a very nice place.
The Dupont Hotel, formerly Jury's, is also a good location, and you may be able to snag a lower-than usual rate. Although April is spring break and always busy in DC, VERY busy.
Also try The Tabard Inn.

Rooms w/private bath are a little over $150, rooms w/shared bath a little under.
For a visit featuring the Phillips (such a great museum, btw!), I would be happy with any of these.
Thanks so much, NewbE. I'll get right on it.
Aaron Shipman House may be a good B&B for this event. It is located near the Logan Circle on 13st NW, not far from the Phillips Collection.

Their rates will fit $150/night, I think.
There are other reasonably priced B&Bs in that area:

I am not sure when your are ocming but I would book asap because if it is during the first 2 weeks of april you will be in the middle of the cherry blossom festival and the room prices will sky rocket. Book now and then keep searching if you think you need somehting less expensive.
