We're travelling to AZ this summer with our four children. Ages range from 14 to 1. We're thinking of flying into Phoenix, renting a van, spending a day in Sedona, a couple of days at the GC, and a few days on Lake Powell before heading back to Phoenix to fly home. Long hikes and white water are out because of the little ones, but dad can do some short adventures with the older ones while I hang back with the kiddies. (BTW: We ain't scared of the heat. We're from Houston.)
Question 1: Have I planned to see to much at one time? (8 days) If so, how should I cut back this trip?
Question 2: What suggestions do you have for our diverse age group? (Where to stay, what to do and see)
Thanks in advance.
Looking for fun for all ages in AZ
