Looking for a quint place near Milw. to get married this winter......

Jump to last reply

We are looking for a place to get married in February, no more than 1 hr drive from Milwaukee. We got engaged on our recent trip to Paris, which we are considering our honeymoon, so we are looking for something small, inexpensive ($200 - $500 for ceremony)and quaint here at home. Here are the details:

1. Charming atmosphere for a very small ceremony, preferably in front of a fireplace
2. Sleigh rides
3. Old world charm
4. Hot cocoa
5. Accomodations not needed if near Milwaukee, just ambiance for ceremony. Does anyone know about what Old World Wisconsin might offer? On their website it says that there is a barn that is offered for weddings, but I think it is more for a reception. We are just looking to have the ceremony somewhere quaint, and have a reception elsewhere.

Help a bride-to-be out!!
