Looking for a good walking tour in Charleston, S.C.
We will be in Charleston for a day and a half later this month and would like to find a good, general walking tour. I've read about Ed Grambill, Jack Thompson, and Old Charleston Walks. Any recommendations/preferences? If Old Charleston Walks, which one of their walks would you recommend?

I don't but Michael is also well respected. He used to do a piece on the news about Charleston history. He knows his stuff. I'd be interested in hearing how you like it.
We've had record highs lately. Hope the weather holds out for you.

We did do the Charleston Footprints tours with Michael Trouche and thought it was terrific. As I said in the trip report I posted yesterday "At 10:30 am we met Michael Trouche for his 2-hour Charleston Footprints walking tour (http://www.charlestonfootprints.com). Michael, a 7th-generation Charlestonian, gives a SUPERB tour. He is very knowledgeable about the city and its history and weaves in personal stories that make the tour particularly enjoyable. I recommend him very highly."
