I'm wondering what to expect when making the trek to MetLife Stadium for a Giants game in December. Coming to the city and my husband would like to go to the Giants vs. Saints game and I'm just wondering how difficult this whole process is from Manhattan. How long should the trek take? Pretty streamlined process? Thanks!

there are busses from the port authority bus terminal that leave 1 hour before each home game... the fare is $5 each way... the express bus is 351 Meadowlands... the ride is about 30 minutes...
"your husband would like to go to the Giants v Saints game"
Does he have a ticket.. if not be prepared to pay big bucks for a ticket from a secondary market.
You can also check on the NJ Transit trains, but with Hoboken station closed, they will likely leave only from Seacaucus, but there are many trains that stop in Seacaucus normally. Just verify schedules since everything is still messed up from Sandy and could be well into December, particularly on weekends.
It's not that hard to get to the stadium, but as other posters have said, getting the ticket may be harder.
