Limo tip

I am staying at a hotel that offers “complimentary stretch limo to and from hotel to Mohegan Sun Casino, 24-hours and 7 days a week”. I believe it is less than one mile away. What would the proper tip for the driver be? Would it matter if we had to share the limo with others? Thanks
