Any sporting goods store will sell left handed golf clubs. The pro shops at golf courses probably do not. I don't know if Boston has this chain but do a google search for The Sports Authority.

Thanks for that reply , unfortunately I looked up the sports authority and they dont seem to have stores in Boston...
He has already called 3 golf shops and they didnt stock left handed clubs. Ideally what you need is a store that 'fits' them , I dont know if you have another name for this , where they take account things like your height and swing tendencies to 'fit' you, this should ensure that the new clubs will make the most of your stance etc. Does anybody know of a store that does this ?

Go they have a Golf Galaxy or Golfsmith? They can do the fitting. However fitting may take time as they have to be custom made. Why don't you get them B4 you go?

There is a CitySports downtown Boston that I think has golf equipment. Also a Champs and an Olympia sports. Try calling, they may be able to direct you if they cannot help.

Wayland Golf carries left handed clubs...there are several in the Boston area, including one Downtown....go to www.waylandgolf.com and they have a store locator.

Do a switchboard.com search for Golf Equipment in Boston Mass. I came up with 17 business within 10 miles. Try that out to see if it helps.

Just curious why you are going to Boston for golf clubs. I would go to Myrtle Beach.

Myrtle Beach is a beach resort area in South Carolina which has about 100 golf courses w/i its proximity and seemingly an endless # of golf shops. It is about a 2 hr. drive so. of Charleston. Have a good trip, Larry

I didn't realize you were coming from the UK for clubs. Myrtle Beach, the golfing capital of the United States, would not help you. Maybe next trip.

I hope you could find a shop from the links. Good luck, and have a nice trip to the U.S.

My brother in Ireland always waits for his annual trips home to Boston to buy his clubs. Its significantly less expensive to buy clubs in the US. Wayland Golf would be your best bet.

Sports Authority has stores in the Boston area but not in the city itself. There is one in Braintree, just south of the city.

One other possibility, IF you know what you want, is to advance order them and have them deliverd to your hotel. There are several on-line golf warehouse businesses with top shelf equipement. This may help your time situation. If interesed let me know and I can look up the sites for you. Cheers, Larry
