LeBistro versus 22 Bowens Wine Bar and Grille

We are going to be in Newport, RI, for four nights after the fourth of July. We received a package from our hotel that includes 2 adult dinners at either of these restaurants. I went out and looked at both and both sound good to me. We will have our 11 and 9 year olds with us, but they are very food/restaurant savvy since we eat out a lot and travel a lot (the blessings of older parents). I realize that these are probably not the top tier restaurants or they wouldn't be in the package, but is one better than the other?

I am relatively picky about food, and prefer local chefs with fresh and local foods/ingredients. From what I read on the website that appeared to be the case with both of these.
