LAX LONG TERM PARKING

Jump to last reply

Beware Premier Parking!

On February 28th.2013 my wife and I dropped off our car at Premiere parking on Hawthorne Blvd.at 10p.m. and were told we had a 15 minute wait for the shuttle to get us to the airport. We waited outside in the freezing cold for one and a half hours, since the only place to wait was a dirty unheated trailer with an out of order toilet. On our return on March8th.,again at midnight, we were picked up promptly at the airport, but on arriving for our car, it was nowhere to be found. The only man there could neither find the car, nor the keys. Eventually my wife found it crammed in with many others and I found the key. The problem was the keys to the other cars to be moved could not be found and we waited for over an hour, again in the freezing cold , for 6 cars to be moved. There was no organization and we'll certainly avoid this place like the plague.
