Making this trip next.
Any idea which terminal I will be arriving in?, and which I will be departing from?
My ticket just says "terminal change", and I only have a 1 hour between flights.

Which airline(s) are you flying into and out of DFW. That's the only way to remotely give you any idea of your arrival and departure terminals.
FYI - all the terminals are link by both an Air Tram and a Shuttle Bus. The Air Tram will pick you up and leave you off within the "secure area". It usually makes two stops in each terminal. It runs every 3 or 4 minutes and takes no more than 15 minutes to make a complete loop of all terminals. The bus is obviously outside the secure area and takes 5 or 10 minutes longer to make the complete loop.
Assuming you are doing only carry-on or are able to check your bags through to your final destination you should have no difficulty making a 1 hour connection using the AirTram.

You can go to the DFW airport website to find a list of the terminals used by the different airlines and they have a tool where you can plug in your flight numbers and find arrival and departure gates. www.dfwairport.com

You will depart out of terminal D. That's the international terminal, and its the only one with Customs/Immigration. Not sure where you will arrive; most likely C or A.
The Sky Link Shuttle is GREAT! It is on the secure side, so you don't have to re-clear security, and it is very quick. Since I live here, I have only used it a couple of times for last-minute gate changes, but it only took a few minutes.

What airline are you taking? If American, it could arrive at A, B, C, or D (odds are best for A or C). Most others are at E.
You will leave from D and you will return to D. And D has better food options than any of the others.
