Lake Placid, Lake George, or the Finger Lakes are all great choices in Upstate NY... at half the price...
thanks garyt, any specific lakeside resorts that are not too smedley & smedley?
You won't be escaping any crowds on Cape Cod! And last minute bookings anywhere for this 4th of July week...well, you might have to just take anything that you can find.
is smedley ritzy or crappy? don't know that phrase...
haha, smedley = fancy, uptight, dress codes, country club...
Looking for week of July 9th.
A nice clean resort with a relaxed feel.
