Las Vegas Pool Time -- -- too hot?

We are going to be in Las Vegas at the end of July for 4 days (at the Venetian) and I was wondering if it may be too hot to hang out by the pool for a couple of hours a day? Is the heat manageable pool-side? Thank you.

I would go when they first open the pool. I'm not familiar with the Venetian, but usually by 10 am maybe earlier like 9am. Then as late as possible in the day. I would avoid noon to 5 pm, in this over 100 F heat.

Too hot to hang by the pool? Sit in the shade and get in the pool when you feel hot.

If, for some reason, you are not able to enter the pool, then, Yes, it's too hot to sit outdoors in Las Vegas in July.

The pools are great in LV in the summer. Unless you don't get in at all, you will enjoy! The Venetian's main pool area is pretty standard fare, a big rectangular pool and a smaller rectangular pool but still nicely landscaped etc. The Venezia pool area is a little more "romantic" but still nice to be at in the dead of summer in Las Vegas.

Lest it be forgotten, temperatures are taken in the shade. In the sun, it could well be 20 degrees higher (105=125.)
