I will be attending a conference in late March that will be held at this new off-Strip property, basically behind Bally's (Flamingo at Koval). It's a no-casino property apparently, and that's no big deal this trip (we can always walk to the Strip).
Tripadvisor reviews are pretty glowing, but I trust Fodorites more. Has anyone stayed at the Platinum yet? If so, how was the spa?
