Lake Fishing Lodge - Help Needed!

I am trying to help my Dad plan a trip for he and his brothers to go fishing. They are looking for:

1) Lake Fishing
2) Layout - central lodge, seperate cabins
3) Guided fishing
4) Mountains
5) Contenintal USA

They want to go in late May/early June. Places considered so far include Washington State, Idaho, Minnesota. Open to others. Finding the right Lodge is the KEY!
