Killington Restaurant Recommendations

I'm going to Killington Vermont for the first time this coming weekend (staying in the nearby town of Rutland).

Can anyone recommend some restaurants worth visiting in the Killington/Rutland area? I'm looking for moderately priced places ($12 - $20 entrees), which have a reputation for really good food. I especially like the following kinds of cuisine: New American, eclectic, tex/mex, and northern italian.

Also, any tips on fun area bars or nightlife would also be helpful.
