Taking my 7 year old daughter and her cousin (along with my mom and sister) to see Annie at the Palace Theater (Broadway and 47th). I was hoping to make a reservation somewhere - we are going to a matinee at 2pm - suggestions that are kid-friendly AND take reservations? Thanks!
Kid-friendly restaurant that takes reservations in NYC theater district?

Bubba Gump?
It is supposed to have relatively good family food.
Rockefellar Center Cafe?
What is your price point? And what will the kids eat?
Kids will eat chicken, pasta, fish....live in the NYC suburbs, so used to NYC prices - $15 sandwiches are fine.....
Don Antonio for pizza, Toloache for Mexican, Joe Allen for burgers, salads and sandwiches; Hourglass Tavern, for American.
I'd go with Joe Allen, especially since you are going to the theater and it's a theater place, and the menu is so uncomplicated and mid-price. Toloache has very good inventive Mexican food, so if your kids are really into that, then maybe it would work, but I'd be worried they'd end up with food in front of them they weren't expecting.
