Kauai help!

I posted a help message below and now am more confused because I had an agent call me with some good deals. Kaui Beach Villas or Pono kia?
Or do I go with Manuahula or Wailua Bayview.
The vary in expense from the first mentioned being the most expensive to the last one being the most reasonable but only by a few hundred dollars difference.
Thanks everyone!

Of the new list you've posted only Manualoha is in Poipu.

Kauai Villa Condos have pool privileges at the Radisson next door. This is not a good swimmable beach though. You may have to walk down the beach a bit to swim more safely.

I know it's not one the places you mentioned, but my family stayed at Poipu Kapili. It was beautiful. We loved it.

Stayed at Pono Kai about 10 years ago, and it was fine. Haven't been back since. The units were nice enough, nothing fancy but certainly clean and adequate. Not a very great pool. Ocean not swimmable there.
Stayed at Kauai Beach Villas this past year for a week. Unit was comparable to Pono Kai, perhaps a bit better. Beach not swimmable here either, but the pool priviledges at the Radisson were a plus. If you go, ask for a unit in buildings F,G,or H as these are nearest the water. Also the buildings are 3 stories and no elevators, so that may be important if you have difficulty hauling bags upstairs. May want a lower level unit.

We stayed at the Poipu Kapili. It is a beautiful condo complex with excellent maintenance. We looked around at several other condos when we were there and were very happy with our choice. It is right next to the Sheraton which has a great beach. We stayed in a prime oceanfront which was fantastic. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
