the local paper was saying how most hotels / motels are already booked solid for President's day weekend. At this point, you may just need to take what you can get. Friend of mine was looking and the only hotel he could find is the Crowne Plaza in Pittsfield. IT has an indoor pool. Not sure of prices or much about the hotel.
If you stay at the Crowne Plaza, I recommend dinner at Brix, directly across the street, on the side street. Also, if you have time for a movie, Beacon Cinema is on the main street, close to the hotel.
