jeep tour and/or airplane ride out of Moab

We will be in Moab the first few days of October. Our rental car is not 4-wheel drive. It also seems that the rapids are calm that time of year. Therefore, probably skipping the water tours, which jeep tours would you recommend so that we see the most of the area? Also, has anyone taken an airplane tour of Canyonlands and would you recommend it? Thanks.
