What is the best restaurant for jambalaya?
I am a native and we just don't eat that out. We make it. Well, where should I send my friends to get some?? I wouldn't mind trying some that I didn't cook myself.
My first attempt was at a neighborhood restaurant. Not sure I want to mention the name because I really like the place, but thought the jambalaya was awful.

Bon Ton, Coop's, Liuzza's or Mandina's.
From experience I would have to say Cafe Masperos. I'm not a big jambalaya fan (give me a good etouffee any day!) but theirs was pretty decent.
