This is a very old post and maybe someone is just joking around. But on the off chance that somebody really wants to know about South Dakota, try www.travelsd.com. This is the official state tourism website and is a good starting place for people traveling to South Dakota. Hike to the top of Harney Peak and bike the Mickelson trail (an old railbed). Stay at the State Game Lodge in Custer State Park and see the wild buffalo herd. Gamble in Deadwood. I would suggest reservations for April - October.
South Dakota is one of my favorite places.
