I would say Pokagon.
I liked Indiana Dunes because we were boaters on Lake Michigan, Turkey Run for hiking and floating down the river and Brown County because I loved Nashville.
In no particular order I like:
Brown County 'cause I live here. (In the county not in the park.)
Clifty Falls due to the dramatic falls. (I grew up in flat central Indiana. 60 ft is dramatic to me.)

McCormick's Creek (Nostalgia. My grade school would make field trips there.)
Shades. (Due to its intrigue. It's short for "Shades of Death." I like the legend of the woman settler who buried an axe in her husband's head in the 1800's.)

My vote is for Turkey Run, but I haven't been to half of these parks.
First place: Turkey Run
Second place: Shades
As a kid, I took a great canoe ride with my dad from Shades to Turkey Run.
I like Indiana Dunes. I've only been to a few of these, though.
I was at Potato Creek Park several times as it was not that far from a lakehouse I had at one time. It's good for kids, but very much like a normal forest preserve/mixed woods/sand/playground area- nothing phenomenal. There are places to picnic and cook out etc.
We've been to McCormick's Creek, Spring Mill, and Turkey Run. We love the hiking trails at Turkey Run, especially Trail 3. We always go horseback riding and float down the creek on inner tubes while we are there.
This really depends on what you want to do... for hiking, I like Turkey Run although we had fun at Shades and Mounds.
